Description of Work: Loren has been repairing my home for the past 3 months as I have the money. He started by replacing both my front and back doors. They open and close with just two fingers. He re-did my too long driveway gate. It is now in two parts making it so much easier to use. He installed a window in my shed; replaced 2 of my kitchen cabinet doors; installed curtain rods; trimmed out both the floor and ceiling thruout my home; repaired my kitchen divider, and paneled and trimmed out my 2nd bedroom, repairing the walls and closet door. He replaced the outside sideing on 3/4 of my home; resetting windows correctly and had a ready solution for the extemsive termite damage to the extent of using a jack to level the wall. He redid my metal roof line for better drainage. He built a porch rail and repaired the water damage to the posts. He dismantled my120 ft - 9 ft tall fence and filled in the holes. He corrected electrical and plumbing as needed. He cut my grass and weedeated; trimming trees, and planting bushes. He corrected my painting with extreme patience.
