They people I dealt with were very nice , however the services were less than satisfactory. I would never call this company again. I was moving to a new home, we had a closing and I notified them of a time change so as not to make them wait on us to close. We scheduled the movers for 11 am, I spoke with a gentleman named Lee. Thought all was a go and we would see them at 11 on Oct 1. We returned on Oct 1 from closing on the house and excited and ready to move.... No show at 11 am, I called Lee at that time he told me the movers were on another job and hadn't finished it up yet..... would be in the next hour or so..... by 1230 , I was beginning to get anxious regarding time to move... They showed up at home to move us at 240 pm!!!!!!! This was unacceptable but what was I to do? Had to have help moving? In the process the movers were nice, however, very unorganized and it took them forever to break down beds, refrig etc... They dented up my stainless steel frig and broke my wooden floor with a piece of furniture. They were still there at my home at 6 pm that night... my husband gave them the money they were owed and then had them go on and leave being charged 85 dollars per hour after the first two .... we were afraid at the pace they were going we would have too much invested in the trainwreck that had ensued.... They left close to 7 pm and my husband called a friend and they moved the rest of our furniture, TV's and things throughout the night...... which by the way , they left moving blankets at our residence and dollies!!!! All I can say is WOW , what an outfit! Never again!

It was good except they had not planned on 3 bedrooms of furniture and had to call in another truck which delayed the pickup by 3 hours.

When I called the office to get prices, the owner stated that it would be $90/hour with a two hour minimum, but that since I had Angie's list coupon it would be $85/hour with 2 hour minimum. We had budged for 4 hours - $340.00. She also stated that she takes cash, debit or credit cards - but that if we used a card there would be a 3% transaction fee, which I informed her was illegal in Texas unless you are a government agency. When the men arrived they gave me paperwork with $85/hour. But ALSO a $125 service charge that was never mentioned. I was ready to send them on their way because, I do numbers for a living, and my husband, boss, co-workers, friends and family will tell you that there is no way I "forgot" $125.00! I have seen at least one other review now where the client says they also were not told of this service fee until the van arrives. My husband was ready to get this move done - so we went ahead and agreed. I will say the three men that did our move were very hard working and stopped only a few times to get a drink of water - which they really needed to do. No time was wasted. I told them we needed to pull out by a certain time, and they were ready to go right on time! I can't say enough good things about the workers - but the owner is a crook. Will never deal with this company again. Had I been told about the service charge, then I would have been able to make an informed decision - not be held over the barrel. Do not trust this company.

Great job.  I want to remove a previous negative report that I submitted on this vendor.  There was a communication error that was out of the vendors control  that was resolved.  They did a great job and I would hire them again. They were nice to work with and did a everything arrived in great condition.

I moved from oNE residence in Longview to another. The staff was punctual and they were very professional. They worked fast and done a great job! I will definitely use them again!

Ours was double move, first we had to move out our house and put all furniture, etc in Pods. ICANN did an excellent job packing and loading, Then 5 months later we had to unload one Pod into the house, They, as usual showed up on time, worked like crazy and cleaned up. This was when we discovered the excellent job packing. I one paper wrap was good5 had to be better, so they used 5. Not one dish or fragile item was crack or broken. Furniture was placed and appliances connected, they went out of the their way to help us with the smallest detail, whether it had to do with move or not.

True professionals in every way.

One more Pod to unload and we will use ICANN.

Trailer equipment was undersized for the job; some items had to be moved by us the next day. 
Damaged corner of master bed springs - knocked off plastic protector.
Did not "fit" the dryer exhaust hose to the vent tube - simply placed the hose on the tube without sizing.  Hose is too large for the tube and hot air backflows to the utility room and adjacent bathroom.

Elijah called and was on location when I got there. These guys know what they are doing and are very personable. They work hard and are on their way. I will use this company again.

The team was very neat and polite.  They knew how to lift and place furniture.  Both houses had difficult access, but they were able to do a good job.  I understand, from my daughter, that one glass item was broken, but we did not have them bubble wrap anything, and the item had not been wrapped and packed.

Ours was a short move in Tyler.  I would recommend Elijah and his crew to anyone moving in Tyler.

Elijah and his crew were just wonderful. They assisted us with rearranging furniture, moving everything to different floors, and were so courteous. They never stopped until everything was done. As difficult as the move was, these guys made it enjoyable. I would certainly use again and encourage all that are looking to move with the utmost professionalism to use this company. Everything was wrapped beautifully.

ICANN and their crew were professional, experienced, and careful with our furniture and household items.  They communicated well, and were on-time.  We had absolutely no damage.  It was a pleasant experience during a stressful time for us.  The owner, Elijah Dorsey, was helping and involved all the way.  He is an ex-Marine and a pleasure to work with.  I plan to use them again for a smaller move this month.  Thanks ICANN!

We had to change the actual move date and Elijah was very accommodating.

Pricing was adjusted due to the volume of items to be moved, but again new pricing was very fair.  Extremely professional, but down to earth.

Elijah's crew was very professional, trustworthy and personable.  Above and beyond the call of duty.

Elijah is ex-military (marines), so please support our troops.

ICANN moving was prompt, had plenty of workers who knew what they were doing.  Elijah addressed all of our needs, moving large copier, large safe and providing packing on an as needed basis.  Packing was needed at the last minute and he had a well organized crew there very quickly.  They were willing to work with me any way that I  wanted.  They moved some pretty awkward lawn furniture as well. They had plenty of equipment, vehicles and crew to do the job quickly and efficiently. The 3 men who moved the safe were awesome.  They put it down right where I had it marked to go.  I believe the man responsible for the crew while Elijah was not there was Clarence.  He was very good and professional.  His crew was the same.  They were all friendly and helpful.  Most noticeable was that they stayed busy and there was very little wasted effort or time.  Would use them again anytime. 

All the movers were very kind and professional - GREAT attitudes! They were a bit late due to a flat tire, but were able to pull through and get me moved in time for some afternoon appointments despite the  minor setback. Nothing was broken or scratched during the move - they wrapped everything with blankets and stretch wrap. I was VERY impressed and would defiantly recommend them to anyone moving and would use them again in the future (although hopefully I won't have to move again for a while)

It's a miracle. Never have I have such a wonderful experience with a mover. Despite the stairs and the rain, Elijah and his crew remained cheerful, upbeat and positive. This group (Corey, Tyrone and B0$$ Man Elijah) worked constantly and never took a break. All my furniture was wrapped with moving pads under shrink wrap and made the trip in perfect condition! Ms. Henrietta and Corey unloaded at the other end with cheer and grace in spite of the "difficult" trip up here on two lane, mountain roads. My friend accepted the furniture for me as I had not arrived yet. She is a taskmaster, looking out for my benefit (as good friends do) and put the team through the horrors of placing furniture and boxes in certain spots. All done without a hitch!! I highly recommend ICANN Moving...an A++ in my book. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family in a heartbeat. High five you guys. Thanks again for everything.

It went very well.  The workers were personable and curteous.  They took the trash and swept the area for the quoted price.

ICANN MOVING provided the most "caring, professional and courteous" service ever.  They carefully handled each piece of furniture as if the furniture were their own.  Watched going around corners and placed the furniture in my new home exactly where I wanted it, even if they had to move it 3 times!!  The boxes and loose items (i.e. statues) were handled in the same manner.  When they loaded the sensitive items in the truck, they carefully tucked and wrapped the items so they couldn't budge!!!  ICANN MOVERS paid careful attention to the cartons I marked "fragile" and every other detail whether written on the box or what I asked of them.  I definitely realized real quick that ICANN MOVERS definitely is in the business because they thoroughly enjoy what they do and genuinely want to be the ones who "MAKE THE DIFFERENCE" between ordinary and EXCELLANCE!!  My hat is in the ring for ICAN MOVERS each and every time I move.    Blessings,  E.
