If I could give zero stars I would. They installed our ac unit and our first issue was with the unit not cooling the home in the summer just a few months after it was installed, we had to hound them to have them come out and repair it. Now the unit is struggling to heat the home in the winter, Glen Duke suggested he would come out to repair the issue but never showed up, I had to call him several times to find out he had two guys “out sick” we tried to rescheduled with him but he has dodged our calls and not responded to any texts. Legal action will be taken against him if he continues to behave this way. I recommend staying away from this company.

There was some difficulty with the downstairs unit but Glenn Duke was very persistent about making sure everything was running top notch!
