Was quoted a bid of $2500. I paid for they're ignorance an additional$1000. Two months later I get vehicle back. Two days later, check engine light came on, and water pump goes out. The same things that was supposed to be fixed. Mechanics trashed interior of new vehicle. Owner assaulted me .

.Fixed an 03 excursion 6.0. Very knowledgeable, home town, family
business. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I at least know
it was fixed right the first time. Walked in with 3 kids and was seen
right away. The ford dealer guy took 5 guesses at what it "might" be and
wanted $100 just to look at it. David fired it up and KNEW what was wrong.
The Ford dealer wanted to do $2000 worth of repairs. David said I didn't need it and I spent $600. Truck runs
much better now. i will definitely use in future.

Went in today, when I was SUPPOSED to be scheduled...... And, to my surprise, the appointment had not been made, and they could not do the work I called ahead to get done. Never again. And, I will not be recommending this company.
