HOME INSPECTION IN MCKINNEY, TX On 8/21/23: I contacted "Tru Inspection Services" & scheduled with Brandon Rudolph, an inspection of a home I was going to purchase. On 8/22/23: Brandon Rudolph, the inspector, went to the property & did an inspection. He completed this inspection in less than 2hours. After reviewing the inspection report, I noticed that Brandon had not inspected the roof of the home. After I asked him about this, his response was that he did not bring a ladder!? On 8/23/23: Brandon went back to the property (after I insisted he do a more thorough inspection) & he did an appropriate inspection of the roof (which should have been done correctly the first time). There actually was some roof damage to this property, that was only found because of my persistence & my insisting on a complete inspection. Brandon Rudolph had no intention on performing a complete inspection of this property & itsâ roof. Brandon Rudolph arrived at the appointment without adequate equipment to do a thorough & complete inspection. Brandon Rudolph did not reveal to me that he had not inspected the roof. It was only after I asked & after I expressed the need to do a more complete inspection, did he agree to get the appropriate equipment & do a more thorough inspection. Brandon Rudolph did not fulfill the agreement of services for which I paid. Brandon Rudolphsâ lack of preparedness is inexcusable. & His performance of this home inspection was unprofessional, incompetent, amateur & extremely inefficient. All of which could have resulted in a major life decision (home purchase) being made on completely erroneous information. All of which could have caused me, major financial repercussions. Brandon Rudolphâ s work was careless, sloppy, incomplete, hazardous and harmful. Very Disappointed G.R. Hill

Very through inspection

Brandon was entirely professional and yet easy to work and talk with. There was open communication before being hired and throughout the entire inspection process to finish. He explained what he was doing and was very thorough. I highly recommend Tru Inspection for your next inspection.

Tru inspection was very good at communicating the process along the way and they responded to our questions in a timely fashion. Very professional and detail oriented. Brandon is a true gentleman and I will highly recommend his services. Did I mention that he is very knowledgeable and puts the buyer at ease especially if you are new to the inspection process. His walk through at the end of the inspection was impeccable and his patience is palpable. Overall, excellent service. We are well pleased and will.work with Tru Inspections again.

Brandon did a great job and provided a very detailed report. I used him for my 11 month home warranty inspection and will use the detailed report to work with my builder to get things corrected. I would definitely refer him to my friends.

Very knowledgeable and through. His computer program was very user friendly, and everything was broken down for a beginner to understand. Follow up was there if you needed it.

I recommend its value for money.
