The first is our Home Theater department which covers anything Audio Video related for residential and commercial locations. Our second department specializes in Marine Audio, Lighting and Electronics. Next Gen backs all workmanship with a Lifetime Guarantee. We offer financing with 0% interest with approved credit for 6, 12 and 18 months through Synchrony Home.

For some strange reason, ALL my settings were wiped from my system. Lee was able to come out the same day I called him and got me back in business within an hour. Additionally, he went the extra mile by making some much-needed adjustments for me. Definitely will call NextGen Audio & Video the next time I need service, an install or an upgrade.

Lee mounted our TV on the wall. He did a great job - hooked everything up for us just the way we wanted, gave us a fair price. Scheduled us for just a few days after we called - he was on time, polite, and friendly. Cleaned up after himself. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

TV looks great. Was quick and efficient. Left area clean of any debris. Had paid extra for what I thought was moving electrical outlet higher on the wall. Actually hid cords in wall but still has an extension cord plugged in original outlet. Did a good job of organizing all cables behind dresser. Would have preferred having power and cable outlet moved up behind tv to minimize cords. I should have clarified my intention. Overall an happy with job done.

Did not receive a call as promised to coordinate for 2 1/2 weeks. Per the add, appointment was tentatively scheduled as requested when ordered placed. After 3 call attempts with voicemail and no return call, requested refund which Angie's List provided promptly.

The work was completely on the first visit by Steven and he also came back and programmed two universal controls for us. All of that was fine. Within a week or two our who house system stopped working again, after a couple of phone calls to Steven he came back to fix it and said it was a button that had been pushed. We felt perplexed because neither of us had bothered that button but who knows. Fast forward two weeks and it isn't working again. I believe it may have a short in it or something and needs to be replaced (the system is 16 years old) but I can't get Steven to return my call. Very disappointing on follow up.

The reason the audio quit was due to a switch that easily could have be pressed if someone was cleaning. As you stated this was a 16 year old system and we added universal remotes and replaced outdoor speaker wires that had been chewed by squirrels. I'm also sorry that you didn't receive a return call, but in our defense you haven't called the store as we have no messages from you. Employees use their own phone to notify clients when they are on their way to an appointment. Once again I apologize for the miss communication. Regards, Lee Bunn"

Lee came out within a few days of my initial call and made detailed notes of what I wanted done. I had a quote within a few days and was able to get on his schedule within very short order. The work was done quickly and correctly. Steven was the technician who handled our installation and he did a great job. I highly recommend Next Gen Audio Video for any of your installation needs, no matter how easy or complex.
