Master's Touch did an incredible job! We have lived in our home for 16 years. I own a Rug Doctor that I have used exclusively during that time to clean our carpets. I thought I was doing an adequate job on my own until I hired Master's Touch to come in. They blew my mind! They were even able to get a 15 year old stain from a grease spill out of the carpet in one of my bedrooms. I can't believe I lived with it glaring at me for that long! And to think I only just needed Master's Touch to come out and solve my problem! Duh! The team has a meticulous sense of detail. They will see spots you may not even think are possible to remove and stop at nothing to get rid of them. Highly recommend and I can't wait to use them again myself!

Usually a little late, but they call. They do an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. They omitted an area I have to have cleaned and are coming back to do that tomorrow without hesitation. These are good people who do a great job.
