The contractor was a couple of months late in finishing work. There were several task left either partly completed or the workmanship was so poor that I had to hire another company to come in redo and/or finish his uncompleted work (painting, leveling the floor, tile removal, water heater repairs, etc.) -- a few of the smaller tasks I completed myself. He would often disappear for days without warning -- returning calls only after repeated attempts to contact him. Overall, I was satisfied with very little of his work. He talks a good game in the beginning, but rarely delivers.
