I have had many unfortunate computer experiences over the last six weeks, culminating in purchasing a new computer. But, UFO Computing has bailed me out several times with incredible service, expertise, and attention to my concerns. They are a truly wonderful small, locally owned and operated company and I can't say enough good about them. The owner, Michael, has promised to sort out any continuing problem(s) I might have and I absolutely trust him to do that!! If you need business or personal computer assistance this is DEFINITELY the place to go.

We had a really nasty computer virus that they fixed. Then when we brought the computer home we discovered another Google type virus on the computer. We took the computer back to them and they fixed it as well without charging us a second time. They did it fast and easy and were very friendly to work with.
