Car Washes
They never tried to keep me as a customer, even on this last visit. I don't believe the hand-wax is done with a quality product, just a no-label in a plastic bottle. The window cleaning is always smeary and they young guys who work there always expect big tips.
Hardly anyone knows what to do when they come up to the machine if you do not have a plastic frequent buyer card. They have to run back and get someone else. They have asked me for a pen. Geez, buy some supplies.
I have had to repeatedly ask if they did the mats, the sun roof, the arms on the doors, the nooks and such....often dirt is left in the nooks in the arms on the doors and the center console.
Poor quality work and attitude all around.
My car is not fancy, just a sedan.
I gave them several chances, including the Groupon. But I will find another place closer to my home and better on quality.
