He was very professional. After he gave us a bid we set up a starting date which changed because of other projects. He came by to check on his workers regularly and made every attempt to satisfy us. A while after the work was done we realized that the steps are'nt straight. We did not call him. It's now about a year later and part of the morter on the steps is breaking up and falling apart. We are'nt satisfied with that at all.
