The technicians were very professional. The shades looked great when they left. Unfortunately a couple of the shades have fallen and we discovered that they were just anchored into the sheetrock and not wood. Now we don't know if they were all done that way or only some. I guess we'll find out as they fall. I have not contacted them to resolve because I don't have the time to be home right now.

We hired Refael. He is very professional and knowledgeable . Suggested some very good ideas that every one really liked.
On time every day. He suggested lot of other things that needs to be fixed in the house. Also suggested lot of maintenance things I have been doing wrong. He is on the expensive side but worth the price though.

Rafael took on the hassle of fixing mistakes made by a fired contractor. He was very easy to get in touch with via email and phone. I sent him pictures of what needed to be done so he didn't have to come out in person. It is very important for him to make sure that he is doing the right thing as far as if other work will be done. The holes he drilled were for a vessel sink. He did a lot of research into what size hole needed to be drilled. It is smart of him to do that so it protects himself and ensures it will be done right. My former contractor did not purchase enough tile so Rafael offered to pick up a box when he was in the area. It saved me a trip! He explained how tile is made in batches and if I knew the batch code, but I couldn't find the info. Luckily he picked out the exact batch color. Rafael explains everything that he does, which I didn't mind because I had time available and wasn't in a rush. My former contractor said the foundation messed up the tile, and Rafael was able to prove that wrong and how to fix it. He also made several other observations and made suggestions for our remodel. I was very appreciative for all the extra information. If I didn't have other people lined up to finish the bathroom, I would have used Rafael. He does charge hourly rates per person. His quote was dead on, including the extra tile he bought for us. He did not charge for time spent talking or leaving to get an additional tool, which was very fair of him. I think his hourly rate is competitive with other contractors. He has already contacted me to see if I am happy (which I am). I needed an opinion on another part of the bathroom that he did no work on and he was gracious enough to give me advice. He never tried to up-sell me on anything or get me to do anything extra that would cost more. He is honest and fair and I wouldn't hesitate to use him for our next project.

WAY OVER BUDGET and terribly delayed!

They did a very very fine job. The only thing that they washed the paintbrushes in the yard, it killed some of the grass, and we're very particular about our grass. Perhaps it was a point where we didn't specify, you know, don't walk on or don't wash your brushes there. It was probably a lack of communication.

They came in and did a bang-up job. They really knocked it out. They, from what I've come to know about these guys, working with them while they were here in my house, they asked a lot of questions to make sure they were doing it right. Most importantly they listened a lot. To see, what I thought it was, what we were trying to accomplish. A lot of that is really just listening. Not coming in and saying "We'll do it this way, we'll do it that way", but no, they came in and my wife, you know, she wanted a mirror up there. And they said "Oh, well we can do this or that if that is what you like". Listening is a big part of getting stuff accomplished.

They were very responsive. They came in and looked and kept in contact with us about getting our price. And when they came over to give us the initial bid they wrote down everything that we wanted, so good. Very very good. They were here, they called 30 minutes ahead of time, and they were here within 29 minutes, so.

Their name suits them to a tee - "Heavenly Hands". I would definitely use them again or recommend them to be used.

The work project went very well. We were impressed by the consistent attention to detail and special considerations proposed. Refael introduced new concepts and ideas for our consideration to the original design plans. Most of his ideas were selected and ultimately added significantly to the beauty and appeal of the final design. He was very flexible for working around special scheduling requirements.
Very professional care and sheilding was taken for our house, lawn, and personal items. A good final thorough cleanup was conducted. Only minor additional punch-list items needed follow-up.
Refael makes a sincere effort to complete the jobs on-time and of the best quality. As a client you must be prepared to work with him and answer the finer questions which will be brought up to ensure the work is completed with great consideration for your preferences. Interaction and communication are key for Refael and a must for the custom work of the nature completed for us.
Refael is excellent and keeps consistent communication with his team as he sometimes must multiplex for varied clients. His team knows to ask him as they progress through work items, for any special instructions.
I give him excellent recommendations and will continue to consider him in future work.

Overall, from begining to end, the service was superior. At the initial visit, Rafiel explained what needed to be done in a very professional manner. He gave us an estimate that was almost exact, and work was preformed as expected. All done perfectly, and professionally. I would not hesitate to use Heavenly Handyman again. I am very pleased with the work.

Refael came out and took a look at the mess that was made of our garage when a car, er, rolled into it. He detailed the parts of the job, gave me a very fair bid and got started on the work. His workman was late one day, but other than that he was courteous and did a good job of removing the damaged area, reframing and attaching new siding. Our garage is very old and he made a specific and well-explained effort to attain some siding to match, going as far as to have it milled to match existing. This added some time to the job, but the result was worth it and I appreciated the attention to detail that this showed. The only significant problem was with a subcontractor, and I don't hold Refael responsible for their ineptitude. I did recommend that he didn't use them again... In the end, Refael came in on budget and mostly on time and the result was very solid.

I would recommend him, however, he's very pricey. If anything goes wrong and he has to do extra work, he'll tack it on to the end of the bill. Be aware that he'll give you an estimate instead of a bid and works on time and materials.

I thought that he was excellent. He was very friendly and informative. He explained why certain things needed to be done, but he did not push that work on me.

We had these odd jobs that just needed to get done and Refael and his team came in and took care of all the things on our list except a problem with the front door. Turns out we needed more than they were equipped to do, but everything else was spot on, great to work with this team and he was a pleasure. Highly recommend him.

I had a wonderful experience with everyone from Heavenly Handyman. Refael is very knowledgeable and good at explaining what problems exist and why he recommends fixing them in a particular way. Elliot, Juan, Carlos, and Tony all did wonderful work on my new home ranging from painting to work needing heavy machinery. Refael, Shannon and Sarah were great at coordinating all receipts and invoices, responding quickly to my questions and concerns, and making sure that my experience was a good one. I would and have recommended Heavenly Handyman to neighbors and friends and will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Heavenly Handyman!!

The work was done very well, and Refael's crew was exemplary, showing up on time and removing trash when they were done. We have a very old house, so unfortunately there was a wait of several days while siding was milled to match the old siding. I appreciated that they didn't just slap up some hardiplank that didn't match the old siding, and impressed with their resourcefulness in finding a lumberyard to mill the old stuff. Refael is extremely knowledgeable and fair. His communication skills are exceptional, in an industry in which that is often the worst aspect of hiring contractors. I would recommend him wholeheartedly for jobs of this scope. His price reflected careful assessing of details and was more than fair. His workmen were courteous and prompt and seemed to take pride in their work. Overall, a very good experience on a small job.

We were having two bathrooms remodeled by my father who is a plumbing contractor. Refael came in behind him and finished the remainder of the remodeling work. Refael was willing to work around our budget, and his prices are always fair. His attention to detail is unmatched, and he is an extremely hard worker. He can do just about anything as far as remodeling work goes, and he makes sure that everything gets done the right way and even repairs old work that wasn't done correctly. Refael has a fantastic group of subcontractors. He makes sure that they are doing the work properly, and he instructs them along the way. One of his helpers, Chuck, worked with him during our flooring remodel last year and during this bathroom remodel. He is excellent with carpentry and installed our baseboards and crown molding and cut a new shelf for the master bathroom closet. Another of his subs, Shane, did most of the painting and drywall work. We had some beadboard in the hallway bath, and he put a glaze on it that made it look a hundred times better. He had some really great color advice and was very helpful. Refael and all of his workers are very professional and courteous. I will continue to hire him for any home improvement projects that come up.

Rephael is honest, hard-working and pays attention to detail. He gave us a detailed estimate and negotiated with our insurance company to pay our claim even after they denied us. He never cut any corners and really exceeded all of our expectations. We are hiring him again to finish a bathroom remodel and will continue to hire him as our handyman in the future.

The results speak for themselves. The window casings look fantastic - they have given the house a modern, warm feel. The lighting fixtures and dimmers are great. The home theater speakers are mounted beautifully without even an inch of exposed speaker wire - truly a professional home theater speaker installation. The paint job is exceptional. Refael is very attentive to detail, and he offers good advice on both the technical and creative aspects of interior design.

I saw his work at a friend's house and asked him to help me out. I told him what I wanted and he told me approximately how many hours it would take and his hourly rate. It ended up taking a little longer than originally thought, but the quality was top notch and the extra cost was still cheaper than anyone else.
