Garage Door Service
Awesome integrity are the words that come to mind. Mr. Bearden refused to charge for first visit because he "didn't fix anything." In actuality, his expertise and patience with the Genie customer service person were what got us a replacement part at no charge. We insisted on paying him a service charge to come back out and install the part once it arrived. It is rare to find such integrity these days and we contacted Sullivan Services once again when the aging garage door opener finally popped a spring and needed a replacement installed later. This was the service that ran $78.00.
