First of all, they were punctual which is important with our busy schedule and I certainly appreciate that. I received a call the day before to confirm our appointment, again that impressed me as well.
They had all the equipment on hand. This is key for me because no one had to leave to pick up items or place on back order. Everything I needed was available and installed.
The installation was prompt and professional. No upsell or pressure, very courteous and kept my needs in mind as well as my budget.
