Ram Fencing illegally tore down part of our fence and entered our property without permission. The owner says they had a contract with the guy we share the fence with so it's not their problem. Not sure what kind of fencing company doesn't know that it is illegal to not have permission from all parties involved when tearing down property controlled by more than one property owner. They put their workers in danger. We had absolutely no idea anyone would be tearing our fence down and we have 2 dogs. They could have been bit. Insanely irresponsible. We hoped to not have to get the law involved but it appears that's what it is going to take for these people to make this right. They replaced the piece with a completely different fence that some guy decided we were going to now have in our yard. Fix the fence so the law doesn't have to waste their time making you do it.

The company was very difficult to work with. Most of the nails are crooked and sticking out. They left all the dirt, and old concrete from the post holes they dug. Most of the dirt is all piled up along the bottom of the pickets so the pickets can rot from having wet dirt sitting up against it. Everything they used; the garden hose and chairs on the back porch, they did not put them back where they found them and left trash in the grass. It is impossible to mow the backyard in the condition that they left it.

We recently had our fence replaced and we had a great experience. Not only did they give us a beautiful fence but they were also so patient and helpful when dealing with the neighbor, willing to explain options and give recommendations on large dogs, and were very fast with their work. It is very obviously that the customers time is important and dollar goes far with RAM Fencing.
