outstanding.   Brent and Jade are fantastic.   I cannot image a better experience.   everything was perfect, including (and this is a first time experience for me) the cleanup.   No nails found, no chunks of old shingle.   They completed the job in less than 2 days.  They helped navigate the insurance claim process and were just incredibly helpful through the whole process.   I had quotes from two other roofers and this was the best and the work was excellent.

I live out in the Bee Cave area and was heavily impacted by the hail storms in 2015 and hired PropFixx to handle the insurance claim with Liberty Mutual. The claim included multiple trades to deal with and I did not have the time or desire to handle ourselves: roof, windows, gutters, stucco, paint and fence repairs. One thing that really sold us on Propfixx other than their integrity and quality - in the state of TX contractors are not required to have workers comp insurance (read potential for personal liability here) but PropFixx was insured not only with liability but also workers comp. We had no concerns about being sued if a worker were to get hurt! I am a busy guy who has no time for babysitting and wanted to hire 1 company to do it all. PropFixx takes pride in their work and provide excellent customer service. It's a big deal to get a full roof replacement after a hail damage and Brent and Karen made it really easy to get through the whole process, including dealing with the insurance and finishing all needed insurance papers. They took time not once but twice to come out until we had made our final choices on the materials, explained in detail how the process works and most important, stuck to their appointed time on the dot! The crew was simply amazing! Punctual and SUPER fast, we had our new roof within 5 1/2 hours from start of the demo to finishing the clean up afterwards. But don't think that just because they have been fast, it wouldn't have been great work...no! Their work is excellent with not even one area to complain about. Our new roof is just SO PRETTY! Our place was left absolutely clean so you couldn't even guess that just an hour ago it was a full construction site- they even hung my sun sail again and swept up my flower pot which my husband had spilled the day before. Brent came out shortly after demo started to check in on the guys and then again after they had finished up to check on the completed work. I would recommend no other then PropFixx..... we LOVE LOVE LOVE our new roof!!
