We've been there various times over the past six or seven years. They've been cool. Usually, I'm out of there for just $100.

Dr. Rabon helped guide us through the palliative care process as our dog's health declined due to cancer.  Given our dog's age and prognosis, Dr. Rabon did not pressure us in anyway to perform unnecessary treatments or tests, but rather offered up options to keep him as comfortable as possible until it was time to pass.  Ziggy was our first dog as adults and I never experience the end of life issues with my other family dogs, but Dr. Rabon and his staff were compassionate and caring as we faced the difficult decision to let our dog go.  Dr. Rabon and and his assistant were able to come to our home to allow us to say goodbye in private with our dog safe in our arms.  They were very gracious and thoughtful through that difficult time.  
In addition to this service, Premier Animal Hospital offers a companion package to have your pet's ashes returned to you.  This package was above all expectations.  My pet's ashes were returned in a beautiful hand carved, sealed box with his name on a plaque.  A picture frame with his hair, a paw imprint, a certificate of authenticity, and a guide about pet loss were all included.  It is beautiful memorial to one's pet and highly suggest it.

They never make us wait, they're always ready to get us in a room and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Everything was good. The price was high. They were very professional. They were very caring to our dog. The service was excellent. The doctor was wonderful.

We recently moved to Austin and needed to get the dogs up to date on shots, mainly so we could have them groomed. The experience was great. Both dogs had no issues, seemed to be happy with the people working there. They made us feel comfortable and took very good care of our babies.

We have been quite happy with this vet provider; been seeing them for just over a year now.
- They are friendly, and the office is clean and well organized.
- They're always ready for us at appointment time too.
- The doctors are approachable and informative; and we always have an opportunity to hear from and speak directly with the veterinarian.
- Another big plus is that they carry a good assorment of pet medications and they have always honored price-matching for us.
The first time we had our dogs in, one of our sweet pups was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor. The vet was great about providing all kinds of information for us and some quotes to go home and talk over our options. After the surgery, we got follow-up calls to check on our dogs progress and were seen immediately when one of the stitches started weeping after our dog managed to scratch at it.
This most recent visit for a checkup was equally great. They highly recommended dental cleanings for our dogs, and again, we were provided multiple itemized quotes to get a good idea of best-case/worst-case pricing. We always feel like we are making an informed decision here.

Everything turned out well. The staff was friendly and professional, they offered helpful advice, and their medication took care of the ear problem. In fact, I still use them to this very day.

Initially our dog was treated by another vet. The problem got worse and after four weeks the first vet was considering a possible amputation of our dog's toe. My daughter recommended that we see Dr. Dagel at Premier Animal Hospital. What a difference! In two weeks the infection was vastly improved and in two more weeks it was gone entirely! Premier Animal Hospital and Dr. Dagel are tops in my book!

Being new to the area we wanted to find a vet that is up to date on the latest technologies and advancements in treatment for our fur kids in the event that we ever needed it. We used word of mouth and Angie's List to narrow down the scope of our search and relied on AL in our final decision to try this vet. We were so pleased with the professionalism and treatment of our fur-kid. When we scheduled our appointment we were given a rough estimate on cost of the services we knew we needed and while there learned that we actually needed a couple of other things. They didnt try to up charge us or sell us on any products, and for what our fur-kid needed they were quite reasonably priced. They took the time to meet our lil girl, find out what makes her comfy at the vets office, and came to her level (sitting on the floor with her), and listened to our concerns. We look forward to introducing them to our other fur-kids!

I was very pleased with the facility and staff. The location was very clean and all the workers were very friendly and acted very professional. Since we moved and have been looking for a new vet I will definately be bringing both my dogs back on a regular basis.

They take care of both my dogs. I have had some really challenging things with my one dog and they saved him. They are very very good, especially Dr Miller. They are really a great place if you care about your pets.

Dr. Daigle's examination was through and extensive. He is very professional and friendly. His diagnosis confirmed what two other vet's had missed. I was then sent to a specialist which also confirmed the knee damage. My dog had surgery and is now in fantastic condition and lives a pain free life.
