I've just had the company owner threaten me on my premises in front of my child and an a/c repair company. He also spoke negatively of me to the repair company on site. He also stated that one of his other customers, who provided him with a review,w as a drunk. This is all as a result of 1). arriving on site with a $600 product that I needed that day(they had taken my old product to their shop and did not return it until I requested post this $600 install). Zero heads-up that I needed the product, nothing, just arrived when they said it was just to be taken away for repair.
2). He repaired a pool heater in April and provided a 3 month warranty on product and today just submitted am invoice for payment on trouble shooting when issue re-occurred. I still have texts of my exchange with Bill showing him that the issue he resolved was still present. Since he "tweaked" recently I had not seen issue re-occur but would expect he would honor the warranty provided.
I do not believe Angie's list should be associated with this company as the unethical behavior has left me shaken and scared!
I am a big supporter of small businesses however they need to be honest with all customers.
