We collect cats. We have five cats since. Dr. Campbell is just wonderful. He's very honest. We had a couple of cats that were on decline and he was very honest about options based on cost and likelyhood of outcomes. He was very honest about being agressive or conservative and what it's going to cost more or less as well as the odds of it working. He's always been very caring.

They are extremely nice, very knowledgeable and great with my pets. One of my dogs has brain disease and the vet calls me and checks upon it all the time. These people are absolutely wonderful. They are very professional, always on time and the front desk staff is really very nice, professional and very helpful.

This is our regular vet. I take both dogs and cats for annual checkups
and sick visits. Well-visits or sick visits on a
Saturday can be a long wait. Once you are in with the doctor, however,
they never rush you. All three of the vets are kind and competent.
They listen well, and explain things very well. The office staff is
wonderful. Great people to work with all around.

Each time I have seen the vet, she (Dr. Stein) has done a thorough exam, and has spent time explaining care pointers to me. She has an obvious love for animals, and is very good with them. She also knows how to talk to humans and provide helpful information. For the boarding, my dog has happily gone there, and is always well fed and seems happy when I pick him up. I completely endorse this team of vets and staff.

He is awesome. He really knows his stuff, my dog loves him, and he has always figured out what is going on health wise. He has even really helped us with our prior dog's end of life issues. The office staff is very friendly, it is a very relaxed place, and my dog can wander around and she has an ok time there.

All my visits with them have gone very well. I like the vet a lot, and the office staff are friendly and helpful. The weekend boarding seemed to go without a hitch - he was fine when I picked him up. I had been referred to this hospital, even though it's not very convenient to my home, and I've been very happy with the vet services and the boarding so far.

Dr. Bill Campbell owns Parmer Lane Pet Hospital and he is the main veterinarian there. We spent about $190 for the last service. We would use his services in the future too.

Excellent - visited with the vet for a long time going over care.

Called in and got a same-day appointment. Our dog urgently needed care and the staff began caring for our dog the moment we walked in the door. Our dog stayed there for 8 hours, and received the best of care. I called several times throughout the day, and they gave me accurate progress reports. At check-out, I received a reasonably price invoice, that outlined the details of every procedure they performed, with discharge instructions for his subsequent care. Our dog's health has much improved, and the staff at Parmer Lane Pet Hospital should be commended for their excellent care!
