Need a Brake

We set an appointment for him to come to my controlled-access apartment complex, and he arrived early! He finished quickly, and later explained that the car was simply out of Freon. Now I drive the streets of Austin in cool comfort.

The Provider wasn't able to do the type of work that was needed on the vehicle himself, but he was very helpful in directing us toward a business who could do the work. In fact he went above and beyond service in this manner. I recommend him and his business even though he is a little hard to get a hold of. He knows his stuff and is professional.

All went well. I was disappointed in Angie's list however. I tried to pull up a service provider who had a coupon. When I got to the brake place, they said they did not have coupons.

I came out to find my car totally dead. After trying to jump the battery myself to no avail, I called Chad. He had an opening the same day and arrived at my house an hour later. He was able to get my battery jumped using a higher-caliber cable than I had used. He then followed me over the auto supply store to help me get a new battery installed. Upon arriving at the auto repair store, he told me, and quot;I think I know why your battery drained,and quot; and showed me that my brake lights were staying on even when the car was off. He guessed that a connection pin on the brake pedal had broke off and he was exactly right as we found the broken pin on the floorboard. Chad installed the new battery for me and replaced the brake pedal connection pin. Had I not called Chad, I would have had to call a towing company to come out and jumpstart my battery. I then would have gone and bought a new battery but I probably would not have recognized the brake pedal connection pin. Thus, I would have come home, parked my car and come out the next morning to a completely dead battery again. Because of Chad's superior customer service (he followed me to the auto parts supply shop to get a new battery), he noticed the brake lights being on constantly and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and accurately. I give Chad and Need a Brake the highest ratings in all areas because that was my experience. It's just so rare these days to find a company or individual that holds themselves to the highest level of integrity and competence. So I'm proud to recommend Need a Brake to anyone needing auto repairs and I plan to call Chad the next time either one of my vehicles break down.
