Times when house didn't appear to have been cleaned at all. Times when cleaner stayed less than an hour. I couldn't clean my house in under an hour.

My experience varies from week to week. I have been a customer since January 2010. I was supposed to have a standing
appointment each week.  Unfortunately, I have had many issues with the crew showing up as per my scheduled time. There
are times when they don't show up until the next day (of course Michele lets me know...but this tends to cause scheduling issues with my family). On one occasion, they arrived after dark, on a Friday.
The quality tends to vary with the staff. At first I had a consistent group of ladies who would arrive and get the cleaning done in about 45 minutes. However, some (the good ones) have left recently leaving ladies who spend time talking
on their cell phone, not cleaning as well as they could, and in general, leaving me to redo much of what I paid them to do. I have called this to Michele's attention on several occasions, each time she says she will address it, but the quality continues to go unresolved and is growing worse.
This service is worth it if you need an "okay" job done quickly...but not if you are trying to maintain a nice home while freeing up your time to manage more important family or work related tasks. As for me, I have an alternate service I use each week now and only call Michele if the other service has a scheduling conflict.

They're really awesome.  I believe they charge more for the initial top to bottom cleaning, then once you get on their schedule it's then a pretty reasonable rate.  They were trustworthy, and Michele is a Christian based organization.  I thought their price was reasonable, but we did have to call them a few times.

Worst experience ever. I've been using housecleaners for over 20 years and this one was the worst. She repeatedly cancelled and rescheduled, performed poor service and broke several objects. She even refused to pay for the broken heirlooms.

The quality of housecleaning was great.  The quality of billing and credit card management wasn't.  Don't use credit card to pay her.

Michelle always confirms the cleaning the night before. 3 women showed up and spent an hour cleaning my home. It had been three weeks since the last cleaning so there was a little more dirt than usual. I like that they do a good job and are fast. If there are 4 women they are in my home for 45 minutes. They have a good system that gets every cleaned quickly.  If any thing is overlooked Michelle wants to know. This time there was a little dust left under some heavy furniture but this is unusual and 2 of the 3 people were new, I think. The price is a bit high ($120 if four people spent an hour=$30 per person hour). In some ways that is traded off by the fact that the ladies work quickly and after one or two cleanings it's very consistent.

For this being an empty house, it was just ridiculous. They used these old rags that made the house worse than it was from the beginning. The vacuum was so full of dirt and they did not even use the hose to get the hard to reach places. It was a total waste of my time and their time. Also a total waste of money, I could have done a better job, myself.
