We are thrilled with the excellent and detailed job Wade and his team did on our home. Wade is very experienced and was able to guide me in making decisions about my home that turned out great. They were very careful of my home and garden and the house looks amazing. I love my new grey house!

He did a great job. He climbed up to the second story to remove the nest, clean the area, & pressure wash. You can't even tell that there was a nest up there. He pressure washed the porch & little walkway (as a courtesy). He also used a bleach solution where the bird poop was, without me asking.

My husband and I did not move into our house until after the painting was done. Wade did a great job of communicating with us through texts/calls/emails while the work was getting done since we were in different cities. He even texted us some pictures, so we could see how the space was coming together. When we moved in, we couldn't believe it was the same house as before. We had picked a grey color for the main living spaces and it came together so well. We have some very tall ceilings and walls and they were given as careful detail as everywhere else. There was some wallpaper that had been ripped out in the kitchen, so that area needed re-texturing and painting. Wade got it to blend in nearly exactly to the rest of the room even though it was a very unique texture. The trim work was done very neatly and makes the house feel so crisp and polished. We are just very impressed with the work that was done and wouldn't hesitate to have Wade come back for another area of the house.

The owner, Wade, came to the house and we went over the details of the exterior painting. Wade was very informative about the preparation and painting. A lot of new materials had been added to exterior that required priming. Wade did all the prep; it was done in an excellent fashion. Wade and his helper did the painting, it really turned out great.

Wade did an excellent job. He cleaned up all the bad spots on the walls, was extremely clean, and he had very tight lines. He painted my entire house unsupervised, and it turned out great. We changed the colors several times, and he was extremely patient and willing to work with us to get what we want. I need a couple more changes, and I know he'll come back and continue the excellent work done so far. It was a real pleasure working with Wade, and I plan to use him for my painter in Austin for a long time to come.

First of all the owner is always on the job and working the job. He and his crew are the most respectful and quiet professionals that I have ever met. I felt very comfortable leaving my home while they painted. If you're looking for someone cheap to cover your walls, this is not the company for you. However, if honesty and integrity and a professional, quality result is important then hirer this painting contractor. Although Melmo is higher priced than many companies in Austin, the workmanship is the best that I've ever seen anywhere. I'm talking about priming, sanding, caulking, sanding, priming again in some cases and then multiple finish coats and sanding again, if necessary and another finish coat. The owner, Wade is an expert on paint and its properties. Wade is a perfectionist and a craftsman at his trade and takes pride in his work. After completing the job, he was not happy with one of the bookcase cabinets, which I thought looked fine. Wade insisted on returning the next day and applying another coat on his on time. Wow! It's like turning the clock back decades when pride in your trade really mattered. I would like to nominate him him for the best high-quality painting contractor in Austin!
