If you really want to buy or sell a home, you could not find a better agent. Marty was helpful, accessible, determined and above all, professional. Marty Kaye spent hours with us and never seemed to be in a hurry to get us to buy. We finally found a suitable home and Marty was very helpful in negotiating a very favorable (To us) deal. We later introduced her to our daughter and son in law. They had tried to sell their home in 2007 but to no avail. Marty sold it in three weeks mostly through hard word (Open house Saturday and Sunday) until it sold. The kids also found a great deal through her on a new home and again, Mary's negotiating skills came through . It has been our experience in selling and buying six homes that most Realtors are content to just get the listing and hope that some other realtor sells the property.
