I recently shopped at Macy's for several items. I found the sales clerk to be exceptionally friendly and helpful, however, when I went to pay for my items she was very pushy about trying to get me to apply for a credit card. I wonder if the store management is putting too much pressure on the clerks to push the credit cards.

Furniture - Sales
The salesman was nice and not pushy. The table and chairs we bought were decent quality for the price. The delivery took a week and a half. This was longer than I wanted but that's what the salesman told me to expect, so it was no surprise. The delivery was fine, but one of the delivery men tried to make me a deal ,by trying to sell me a wood cleaning kit on the side. This happens all the time with delivery people, but it seemed kind of unprofessional for it to happen with a Macy's delivery.
