What a waste of time! Lee visited us in mid-February for a broken dishwasher. This was well before concern for the virus hit the state. He looked at our dishwasher and said he was busy, but would order the parts and would be out in roughly 1-2 weeks to install everything. Here we are, mid-April, and we still have a broken dishwasher. I have called this man a dozen times and he has never returned my call. I was fortunate that he answered the phone during one of my calls - he said he was injured and that finding parts for just about any appliance was hard. From our perspective, he was paid his fee to come out and look at our dishwasher and tell us it was broken. Why would I pay someone to tell me that my dishwasher is broken? Now we have to find someone else to repair the dishwasher and pay a new fee to a new person. I asked him if he could give me a list of parts that I need to order for the repair, but he never replied to my message. I'm so upset at how unprofessional this man is, he was a waste of time and money!

As a single woman I?m always apprehensive about a stranger coming into my home, however I was completely comfortable with Lee working in my house. After checking out the problem with my washing machine he told me that it would cost as much to fix it as it would to buy a new washer. He also did a quick repair on my refrigerator and only charged for the part. I highly recommend him.

I reviewed Angie's List for a repairman for my dryer. The dryer would work but was not heating up. I called Lee and explained my problem. He did inquire about the make of my dryer and I told him. He told me when he was available and we set a time for him to come to the house. He was prompt to the appt. After checking the dryer He explained what was wrong and I asked that it be repaired. He said that he will tell people when it is not worth the repair but that I had a good dryer and recommended the repair. He seemed to know his stuff, was polite and personable and liked my cats! I will definitely call him in the future should I have any appliance issues.

He was very courteous and reasonable. He came out and fixed the washing machine in no time. He was very quick, punctual, responsive, and professional.

Terrific! The work was completed very quickly, and he gave me a great price on the new part. Minimal labor cost. This is the second time I have used this company, and I will definitely call again for my next appliance repair.

My dryer was not working and I found 'Lee's appliance repir' with good rating at Yelp page. ( I wanted to find one nearby my house...)
I called on Fri and Doyle Lee came on Mon morning and fix my dryer ( somewhat socks were clogged..) in 30 min.
He was prompt, cheerful and courteous.

He came out, diagnosed the problem, and did the repair. He was very fast, efficient, and honest.
