Handyman Service
This guy set me back three weeks and over $1000 on a flip I was doing. He installed one bath faucet sideways. He convinced me it had a defect and I spent several hours on the phone and Internet trying to get a replacement. When I went to look at his installation it was plain as day that where it said UP was rotated 90 degrees- he had hooked the inputs to the outputs. I called him and he came out the next day and got it right after several hours. Suspicious, I had him check the other bath faucet - he reached in feeling the insulation around it and said "wet" and proceeded to leave. I thought he must have been mentioning residual wetness from pulling off the old faucet. NOPE - his solder joints were leaking which ran down inside the wall and ruined the ceiling below before I realized what was happening. I called him probably 20 times and he never responded at all. Never hire this guy.
