We worked with Ray for a xeriscape project for our front yard. Initially we received around 4-5 estimates and ultimately went with Heroes Lawn Care for a few reasons. This was our first landscaping project so Ray's thoroughness and questions were extremely helpful. He managed to strike a good balance of helpful follow-up after the initial estimate without pestering/pressuring us which I really appreciated. We had to wait for approval from the HOA and Ray was very helpful in offering support/additional information as needed. Ray helped us with brainstorming ways to cut costs to remain in our budget (his prices were very competitive in comparison to the other estimates we received). With the estimate, he also provided a picture of what we could expect the final project to look like, which was a very helpful touch in making sure our vision came to life. He was able to get us on the schedule very quickly and completed the project even sooner than we expected (one day). His team was efficient and very kind to work with.
