Work was preformed on schedule and as bid on by office.

It was stress-free. The office administrator was friendly and efficient and a service rep was available right away to make the cost estimate for the repairs. The estimate closely matched a number I had in mind so I didn't get any other estimates for comparison. They could have started work the same day but since I had other stuff to do, I brought it in the next morning (Tues., Feb. 22). He wasn't sure if the door could be repaired or would have to be replaced at the time and estimated a week to make the repairs. They had recommended a local car rental that I made a reservation with and they called them to come pick me up. They were supposed to call me the next day to let me know whether the door would be repaired or replaced. They didn't make that call but were very apologetic when I called them a couple of days later to get an update. They had found a used door to replace my damaged door and were able to make the repairs at a cost that was slightly less than the original estimate. They said repairs would be complete either late Monday or Tuesday, and they called Tuesday afternoon (March 1) to say the car was ready. The quality of the repairs was very good and the car had been cleaned and washed when I picked it up.

The body shop obtained new Toyota parts, matched the paint, and repaired all the damage to the gas tank, rear tail lights, and side molding. They corrected a minor oversight when I inspected the vehicle (a rivet to the gas tank flap) immediately. I received a lifetime warranty for the work.
