The owner and his men are prompt, professional, friendly, accommodating, and quick. Price was fair. I highly recommend them. I will have them back in the future.

Fast, efficient and professional. It's been a few years since they did this job for me but I'm planning on using them again for a home I'm remodeling.

My experience with The Haul Guys was excellent and yes, beyond my expectations. While cleaning out a property, there were bulky and hazardous items which needed to be properly disposed. First tried calling a few 'franchise' trash haulers who had very fancy web sites. This effort turned out to be futile, ended up dealing with answering machines and the few that actually did answer did not service Georgetown Tx., even though their web page indicated otherwise. Checked Angie's List and found the The Haul Guys. Gave them a call, talked to Mark telling him what I needed done. He told me he had a crew in the area and would call me back in a couple of hours. As promised, he did call back and told me his crew would be at the property at a certain time and they would call me a half hour before their arrival. They did exactly that, took everything I had, charged me a very reasonable price, even swept up, all done same day I called. If you are looking for a trash hauler in the Central Texas area who is reliable, punctual and easy to work with, then call The Haul Guys. Do yourself a favor and skip the franchise haulers, they tend to be expensive with a lot of hidden fees. Would I use The Haul Guys again, absolutely.

I called The Haul Guys, thinking it would be a couple of days before they could schedule me. The person on the phone was very polite, said they would try to get to me that afternoon (in 4 hours), but at worst case, they would get to me the next morning. I received a call 3 hours later stating that they could be there in 3 hours. They quickly picked up the trimmings and even raked the yard. Very professional. I'll definitely keep them in mind for my next hauling job.

I originally left a request for contact via the web form, but never heard back. After calling, I got an almost immediate callback that day or early the next day, and described my haul over the phone. The estimate on the trailer space it would require and associated cost was correct and what we agreed to on the phone. On the day of the pickup, the two guys who showed up to take it away were courteous and pretty humorous to talk to. They apologized that they could not begin loading right away because they needed to break down some other things taking up extra space in the trailer, but I did not mind at all. They finished that up and hauled off my stuff pretty quickly, all told. This was I think my 3rd time using Haul Guys, and I'd definitely do it again.

We would normally opt for the dumpster but based on other reviews, thought we'd give the haul off service offered by Haul Guys a try. I called and they had availability the next day (which I thought was pretty good) but later got a call back asking if we could be ready today. We still had a little demo to complete but they were very flexible to provide a little more time if needed so we agreed. Byron showed up shortly afterwards with a partially full truck towing a large high sided trailer, which he effortlessly back up the driveway. He gave a fair price up-front and then got to work, loading it faster than expected (despite being down a helper that day). Very friendly, fully understood what was to go and what was to stay, and even brushed up afterwards, which was a nice touch. Great outfit so will plan to use them again on the next project! They take cash, checks or credit cards (+3% fee).

I couldn't be happier. I've used "national chain" (you probably know who I'm talking about - the 1-800 people with the fancy trucks) many times before and have always been shocked at how expensive they were. i figured I'd try these guys as they were highly rated on Angies List. The "home office" was responsive and friendly. The team showed up on time and called me 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know that they were on their way. They showed up and quoted me a price. The price was highly competitive - so I immediately authorized the work. They were friendly and fast. The back yard was so clean by the time they were done, I could EAT off the ground. Seriously - you'd never know that there was a big pile of debris, rocks, smashed up bricks and so forth. Even the little bits of mortar were cleaned up. I would definitely use this company again

Promptly returned call. Scheduled service. Arrived on time. Gave reasonable quote. Performed work as agreed. Cleaned up. Wish all contractor experiences went so smoothly.

I called for a quote, and they had the best pricing of the 3 companies that i had called. Once i booked, they said they could come out the same day (later that afternoon). I moved everything that was to be removed out to the driveway. They called 20 min before arriving to let me know they are on their way. Once they arrived the quoted price on the phone was confirmed. i paid them, they loaded the trash into their truck/trailer, and they were gone in less than 10 minutes.

I called and left a message with answering service.  Owner called me with a quote within an hour.  We set up an approximate time.  Driver called 15 minutes out.   They arrived sooner and were significantly more prompt than expected.  Excellent service.  Sofa is now gone and we discussed other hauling needs.

Haul Guys was the only company I called that was willing to visit the property to give an estimate. I won't consider someone else if they don't have the courtesy of coming by.
They showed up on time. I was impressed by the amount of junk they hauled off. The place looks so much better, and now we can begin remodeling.

It was great. They were very responsive. The did the work two days after my initial call. They called in advance of their arrival and worked hard as soon as they arrived. They left the area very clean.
