Ursula took a great deal of time with me, going over how to choose the best frame materials, display backgrounds, borders to highlight certain items and the best colors to emphasize each of the items. She also went through a number of options for placing all of the items within the frame. She listened closely to my thoughts and opinions...offered her opinions where she thought it might be helpful to me. The whole process was not rushed...and I felt very comfortable with the design we agreed upon together.
When I went to pick up the finished project today I was totally delighted! The resulting display frame is truly an outstanding presentation of my father's U.S. Navy awards. I will pass it along to one of my nieces and hope that they will enjoy it as much as my wife and do right now.
