Very nice, well qualified guys. They went the extra mile to do a good job, however I did have to call them back because one disconnected wire was sticking out of the box. They came back right away and corrected it.

Thirty minutes after the first electrician got there he proceeded to tell us he ran into a "problem" and needed assistance. So he called another fellow in, which means now I am paying for two electricians instead of one. The second one proceeded to spend the entire time standing there and making loud conversation, he spoke in a yell. I was paying him to talk loudly while my husband was working from home. Not only was he disruptive to my husband's work day, he kept making comments as he went in and out of the front door: "Must be nice to sit at home. Tell all of your rich friends to use us." He also called him out of the office, to sell us a device we didn't need: a surge protector for the exterior of the house. He didn't take the time to look outside and realize that all of our lines are underground and insisted again after my husband refused the item that I go tell my husband I needed it. The first electrician did the job, he got the plug in, but I just got that feeling he assumed we would like to pay more money because we have a new home. After this, the loud fellow tried to charge me for an extra hour and a half of time that he wasn't there. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, there has to be someone honest out there.

I contacted two other firms before deciding on Clay. The other firms came out and quoted (over $1000 each). Clay was clear and concise on the phone. He said he charged a flat rate of $65/hr for each worker and they would work fast. He was right-on. He showed up with John (the owner) and they rocked and rolled. One started working downstairs and the other crawled into our attic and began running wires. He was not only personable, but considerate of our budget. At one point he asked if he should do some fancy covering of the wires (1/2 hr work), or if we wanted to go to a home improvement company (for $10) and do it ourselves. We chose the latter. I've had many electrical guys at my house, but will only have Clay over from now on. Consider this the highest recommendation!
