He did an excellent job of marketing and working through potential zoning issues with the buyer to achieve the sale. I will hire Cliff again to sell our house when the time comes.

Cliff has been amazing! I have gotten to know him well and I am very thankful! I first met him when he helped my father buy his home about 6 years ago. I remembered the quality of service that Cliff provided to my father, so without any hesitation I reached out to Cliff for assistance with buying my very first home. Cliff was AMAZING then and was just as AMAZING when he helped me sell that home and buy a new construction home. Buying a new construction home has been very challenging, but Cliff is very knowledgeable and has fought to the very end. My best interest was always priority. He spent a WHOLE day trying to make sure that my new home was ready for the final walk-through, so I wouldn't have delay closing once a again. I have always been treated as if I was his only client. Please believe me when I say you want Cliff by your side when you sell or purchase your home, you will not be disappointed!

Cliff was extremely patient with us, as we searched for a home for our family. We had a unique list of "needs" in the home we were looking for and Cliff never rushed us or pushed us into looking at homes that didn't have everything we were looking for. It took us a few months to find the right home and Cliff stayed optimistic the entire time. We were first time home buyers and had lots of questions, which he answered thoroughly. He has been in business over 30 years and has great advice! Every home we went to see, he always arrived before us and had research on the property in hand. We really liked that Cliff responds to phone calls and emails promptly and doesn't keep you waiting. There were homes that came on the market that we knew would go fast, and he would make the appointment and have us be the first potential buyers in the door. We would recommend Cliff Hahn's services to any of our family and friends, and if we ever found ourselves looking for another home, he would be our first phone call!

Amazing! Cliff is everything he promises and move. He explained everything thoroughly. Gave us a list of things to fix in the house. He had a contract on our house in “1” day and sold for what he asked for which was more than what we thought we would get for the house.

Everything went very smoothly, thanks to Cliff Hahn, he could not have done more for us. He advised us with out influencing our decisions. Having to do all that is required long distance was made so much easier with his help. He checked with us regularly to make sure were doing alright and getting all the paperwork from the mortgage broker, getting it faxed off on time, and asking if we had any questions regarding the whole process, which can be very stressful as many people know. We consider ourselves lucky that we found Cliff Hahn.
