Chris is excellent in diagnosing the issue. He came in, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it within no time. He is prompt, just, and very reasonable for the service he did. He also explained of the warranty that I still hold for the HVAC unit which none of the earlier contractors did. I highly recommend Chris for any of your HVAC needs.

I have used Chris’ expertise for many years now. You know what was the biggest benefit to me other than being reasonably priced and thorough? He went above and beyond to contact the equipment manufacturer and get my warranty correct and uses the warranty when things break on my unit! Apparently, when I registered them, I registered each unit individually, which gave me a 10 year warranty for each. However, I purchased and they were installed at the same time so I should have gotten the lifetime warranty. I gave him copies of the paperwork and HE took care of it!!! Hard to find customer service like that!!!

Chris was extremely helpful, professional, and just plain nice.  We had no heat during February and it was cold!  After assessing the issue and providing a estimate, we signed and paid for half of the work.  He was scheduled to do the work the following day but asked if we would like for him to come by later on that night (after the purchase of the units) and just install the heater part so we could have heat. 
Of course we agreed!  So, on his Friday night, instead of headed home to his family or whatever it is that he does, he stayed and made sure we had heat!
He was also very patient with my inquisitive son and spent a good amount of time educating me on AC's, proper care, etc.
I feel he went the extra mile for us and definitely will be calling Chris for all our AC/Heating needs.
