Description of Work: We closed in January 2015 at Dripping Springs office. It was fairly smooth until the end of March 2015 when we were refi with another bank. Come to find out that there was still a lien on our house from previous owners. It was paid but never processed correctly to remove the lien. Gravy Title had messed up. The escrow officer would not return my calls or emails so I took the matter to VP at the Laweway office. While she took care of the matter in a little less than 2 weeks it hampered and caused stoppage of our refi loan. I requested compensation from Gracy nobody replied. Totally unprofessional and while the previous owners paid the closing cost we should have received a credit for their botched closing and delaying our refi. Steer clear of Gracy Title.
