Electrician was knowledgeable and professional. He was helpful on the phone while I was describing the issue and personable while doing the work. He was running a little late for my appointment time due to a previous appointment but contacted me to let me know and finished in the window of time I had available.

Had Chaddwick come over and inspect the house electrical. We were having trouble going through bulbs quickly and it seemed some appliances weren't functioning properly. (For example, crock pots were cooking foot to quickly.) We thought maybe we need some kind of line conditioner for the house or maybe there were some wiring faults. Turns out everything checked out fine. House voltage was spot on, and he checked and tightened the wiring in both breaker boxes. Rather than try and sell us some expensive services, he suggested trying some better quality bulbs. Glad to find an honest tech with suggestions not centered around him making money, but rather what he really thinks would solve the problem. He just charged the standard service call, nothing extra.

A tree fell on my electric line from the street. Chadwick came out in a few hours, handled all of the City of Austin permits and inspections, let me know what was going to happen, what I had to plan for, Suggested carpenters for the damaged garage. I was only without power for about 24 hours. Excellent work!

Called on a Tuesday to get an estimate on some work on our patio and master bedroom. Chadwick called back right away, but said that he wasn't able to come out until Saturday morning. He showed up a half hour late, said that he was late for another appointment so need to hurry back out. After spending less than 10 minutes looking at the three areas we wanted work done, he said he would call or email with a quote. Never heard anything back. He was a nice guy, but am really surprised by all of the good reviews. Ended up having to have another company come out and do all of the work. Disappointing...

Follow up on a previous report. We enthusiastically recommended Chadwick based on a Saturday call he made in response to a problem, discovered the problem and fixed it.
We asked him to schedule a follow up check of all the outlets in the house, and he never responded.

Chadwick was great to work with. He showed up right on time and got right to work. It didn't take him long to figure out and fix the problem. As a bonus he didn't mind me watching over his shoulder and asking endless questions.

We recently moved to Cedar Park and upon hooking up the laundry equipment found that our dryer's electrical cord was not compatible with the wall outlet in the new laudry room.
We found Elite listed on Angue's list and called Chadwick. He was extremely pleasent and understood the problem immediately. He asked if we wanted to change the outlet in the wall or change out the cord on the dryer. When asked which he would recommend - he said changing the dryer cord...because ay future dryers would still work with the 4-prong outlet which was the new standard.
Upon arrival he went right to work and had exactly the needed cord to make the change-out. After the cord had been changed Chadwick tested the dryer to assure that it was operating properly and heating as it should.
Overall this was a highly satisfactory repair situation.
We will call Chadwick for any possible electricla needs in the future.

The contact person's name is Chadwick. He gave us a very thorough report, and he fixed everything was done improperly. He fixed everything for us. He pervades everything for us. It was a major job. Sometimes, it is very hard to get hold of him.

It costs me a great deal of resources to drop what I'm doing, drive to Lakeway to look at your project, and assemble a bid to simply not hear back from you again. Maybe there was some mis-communication with your realtor as he was our go-between while you were out of town? I don't know how I could have served you better, but had you expressed your problem with me to me I would certainly have tried. I pay great attention to customer service and strive to make each of my customers 100% satisfied with my services."

Over the phone, Chadwick gave me a couple of helpful hints to check the right GFI protectors (in the garage not the bathroom, hmmm) but when that did not work, he sent an associate out. Andrew showed me what the issue was, fixed it and was very polite. They don't take credit card except via paypal (extra fee) so I mailed him a check because they didn't mention it beforehand. I would call them again for service.

I called Chadwick and in less than 24 hours he was there and did outstanding work in about an hour. He fixed the problems after doing a through diagnosis of the situation. Friendly and reliable - you can't ask for more. Next time I want to put in anything electrical, I am calling Chadwick first. He's also my new gun dealer as well as he has a FFL and a good knowledge of firearms. My lights work, I have a new gun dealer and a new gun buddy. Worth the money and time.

My husband was here when he did the work; said it went very well, he was very professional, and he made the extra suggestions for our safty. I felt he was very respectful, very personalable, and professional. He seemed to know what he was doing, and was very timely. He did his work in a timely manor. His price was a couple of hundered dollars less than any other quote I got, so we felt his prices were reasonable.

Elite Electric provided excellent customer service. The work was completed in the time they estimated. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a big mess even though they had to cut into my drywall in the ceiling to install the recessed lighting in the master bathroom and kitchen and to install the new outlet. Chadwick made sure we were satisfied with the work at all stages of the project.
