FLOORING WAREHOUSE - Cedar Park

These guys are GREAT!!! First, they were quick to respond to emails and got me a quote, which was very competitive. I liked PJ(the guy that came out to measure), and Alexis(answered my phone calls) and what they recommended. Once I signed the contract and put down my deposit, I got on the books about a week later. Their workers came out on time and got everything done within 4 days, which was quicker than promised. The work was great, but what stands out to me most was the followup. I didn't know what to expect in terms of tiles and how perfect they should be. I reached out to PJ again about one very small issue I had. Well, the next day the guys were out here again to fix it. This is how businesses should be run! No one is perfect, but to be able to stand behind your work and even come back out to tweak one minor issue is awesome. I 100% recommend flooring warehouse. (FYI-they recommended to me dustless cleaners, which makes the demo as clean as possible...costs slightly more, but is def worth it)

These guys were easy to work with.  Remember, when installing wood flooring, the installation is very, very important.  The installers did a very quality job.  They also installed new baseboards along with vinyl planks in the bathrooms.  All the work was very good.  They removed all the big furniture and replaced all of it back where we wanted it to go.  The salesman, Leo, was an honest, straightforward man.  I had no problems at all.  I would highly recommend them.

Showed up pretty much on time and the removal and installation went O.K. Problem was they forgot to bring a vacuum and had to ues ours. One days worth of use on a vacuum for normal installation is equivelent to about a years worth of normal household use. They clogged our vacuum and we needed professional help to unclog. We had a hinge on one of our doors bent and the door would not close properly, and they did not hang a bi-fold door on it's track and it would not close. The manager came out to hang the door and replace the hinge. He ended up not replacing the hinge...bending it back instead. It does work. However his attitude was that it was our fault and he shouldn't have been called out for such a trivial matter; he said we and quot;wasted over three hours of his timeand quot;. He knew about the vacuum and when I told him I was going to deduct $25.00 for the wear and abuse he said I would pay or else he would get a contractors lien and see how I liked that! One more thing; the installers left cigarette butts all over our driveway.

The crew was experienced, on time, and kept the work site very clean as they went. No idle time, no chit chat, work all day, took short lunch break,. Helped me to reinstall my commodes after they finished ( they did not have to). Couple of minor issues which the manager, Ric Irvine, took care of immediately. Reinstalled all of the molding, did not have to repaint.
Only extra costs were the pizza's I ordered from Pizza Hut for the crew.
Intend to have this crew do the rest of my house when budget allows.
