We were searching for someone to help us refinance our current mortgage because we were looking for a lower rate, and to add in our taxes and insurance.  Since we had only been in our house just under 5 years, no one seemed like it was worth the effort.  Then we came across Harry Dunmire.  While I had been talking to the big banks for weeks, with one of them not even returning my calls, I instantly got a hold of Harry and in less than 30 minutes, he walked me through the process.  We refinanced, going from 5.25% down to 3.75% in just under 3 weeks total.  What's more, we didn't even leave the house.  We simply faxed the required documents to him, and a mobile notary came to our house one evening to witness our signatures on the documents.  Overall it was the smoothest refinance I have ever done.  (And I've done 4 others)  These folks are on their game.  Period.  Thanks again to all of you!
