Our upstairs A/C stopped running on the 16th. I called Victor Sunday the 17th hoping to leave a message to get on his schedule. Instead, he answered and stepped away from whatever he was doing to talk with me about the problem and came out the next morning. He replaced a bad relay after getting the part that afternoon but, to be sure, he ran some amperage checks on the motor and noticed it was all over the map and probably burning out the amp (this isn't the first time Victor replaced a relay on the unit). He came back the following Thursday, pulled the motor, and replaced it. The delay between Monday and Thursday was mine, not his as I couldn't be out of office Tues or Wed. After he finished everything has been great! Victor is always incredibly responsive, fast to repair, friendly and professional. He's helped us both at our home and at our rent house. I'd never even consider using someone other than him!

I was getting a house ready for my daughter, husband, and son to move into. I had no really positive A/C experiences in the area, so I asked the guys that did the inspection on the house who they would recommend. Victor was the only one. I called him and he came by the same day to take a look. He made some recommendations and returned the next day with a helper and completed the recommendations and did some other stuff he did not charge me for. I kept track of what he was doing and was impressed with his work ethic and attention to detail. I've always thought that the best way to keep a customer is to give them more than what they paid for. It's apparent that Victor has this same philosophy. He is my A/C guy!
