Mr. Sam Tortumlu was recommend to us by a friend. We will always be grateful to him for that. The English language does not have enough superlatives to describe how exceptionally good his work and professional behavior have been. Before agreeing to work with him, we had offers and cost estimates from reputable stores like Home Depot and others. And those are indeed very good companies and we continue to shop there. However, Mr. Tortumlu offered us BETTER quality at a LOWER price. The quality of his work has been truly flawless. His professional behavior has been superb, Not only can I say with complete honesty that I would hire him again in the future; the fact is that I have already done so for another (smaller) flooring project. I can recommend him without hesitation or reservation.
Description of Work: Removed carpet and installed new engineered hardwood flooring in most of a house we recently bought. Before that, he gave us exceptionally good advice on what product to choose and send us to a wholesaler that saved us a lot of money.

Sam has expertise in a wide variety of flooring. You see the craftsmanship as he installs and his pricing is very competitive relevant to the quality of his work. If you are preparing a home for sale or remodel, this would be your go-to installer.
Description of Work: Sam installed bamboo in the master bedroom, corrected prior bamboo installation defects in the family room and formal living and dining room. Close to the house being listed, I decided to redo the kitchen floor. Sam rearranged his schedule and did another precise install.
