Marlon Cotham (owner) came to our house to provide a free quote. He was personable and professional and surveyed the job and took measurements in much more detail than others who looked at the same job. He was the most impressive of four representatives that looked at the job.
The problem was in the follow through. We agreed to have him do the work but they never could give a firm date to do the work. The date kept slipping and he did not keep in contact with us. it was difficult to reach him by phone or email.
We eventually got another contractor to bid the sun tunnel job and they did the work.

They were punctual, did the work in a reasonable amount of time and I have no complaints. That went well but we also asked for other quotes that were very high. We will not be hiring for the other jobs as we have found other providers that did excellent work for a lot less.

We had strong winds and many homes in my neighborhood had extensive roof damage. I called Cotham to check on my roof. They came by within a couple of days and called me that evening to say my roof was fine and did not need repaired.

The entire experience was super! We had Marlon make a few special touch-ups and added a ceiling repaint the project. We also had Marlon install two new toilets (taller and low flow). Everything was done as promised and on time.

The experience was wonderful! We had bought the house to move to Austin from Houston. Family and health issues delayed our arrival by almost 4 weeks. Marlon took charge and moved ahead with the remodel project without our need to be in Austin. He communicated well and continually asked for clarification to assure he was doing what we wanted to have done. At the end of the project he even arranged to have the house cleaned. With the stress of moving and settling the family and health issues we ran into - knowing that Marlon and his company were "taking care of business" took a great deal of stress off myself and my wife. On the one trip we were able to make to Austin prior to the actual move Marlon met us at the house and made notes of some minor issues that needed attention. These were all set right by the time we actually were able to move into the house several weeks later. Even now - though we are moved in - Marlon continues to check in to assure us that he will take care of any other little items we might find need attention. He sincerely strives for customer satisfaction!
