When getting a quote a requested a quote for 4 doors and 8 locks, he said 20 -25 per door, at the end he charged 20 per lock. The work was good, but I was not expecting to pay 20 per lock.

"Thank you for choosing Cobra Locksmith sir but when we spoke on the phone the first time you told me you have 4 doors and I clearly said that I charge per lock not per door and sometimes there is one or two locks on the door. Then you said ok let me check how many locks they are. Next day you called me and said that there are 8 locks. And after that we scheduled an appointment for the service and even before i did any work I gave written invoice with the total cost of everything to your wife and she agreed and signed."
