All around great customer service. Quick response to replace a central vac unit. Patrick found a hard-to-locate part we needed (wall door for hide-a-hose) in addition to replacing our unit with a quality vac. Also replaced worn hose with a much better quality hose. Highly recommend this professional.

My install was a retro fit. Patrick did a beautiful job. Interior wall plate and hide a hose fit perfect and all mess was cleaned up. Looks like the central vac was installed during construction instead of 30 years after home was built. Unit in garage is installed solid and clean. All pipes are tight and level. Unit is exhausted outside. Patrick made sure it all worked perfectly and that we had everything we needed to clean our floors before leaving. I do a bunch of work in my garage so he made sure I had the garage kit so that I could vacuum up saw dust and cob webs as well as vacuuming our cars. He removed all the empty boxes and trash. Other than the equipment being installed you'd never know he was there. Extremely happy with all aspects of the job and his service as well as the MD equipment installed. He arrived within 10 mins of the scheduled arrival time and it took him less than 4 hours to complete the whole job. It's a small home but a difficult attic to work in. Patrick is very friendly & personable and doesn't seem to get tired of answering questions. He also did everything he told me he'd do when he came by to see the house and give me an estimate. Very trustworthy.

Patrick came out within 3 hrs of call. I had crushed hoses in the attic due to a lightning bolt which exploded the chimney into the attic. He was quick, professional, and resolved the issue, wasting no time. I particularly liked that he checked that the vacuum was suctioning properly, testing it carefully. He gave me his card and said to call him if I noticed anything not working properly.

Patrick contacted me shortly after I made my inquiry to Home Advisor and set me up for 9:00 am the next morning. He came several minutes early and was everything we could have hoped for. He promptly identified the cause for the failure of our Central Vacuum System and fully discussed our options. Because our old system had been discontinued in 2009, we opted to get a new Central Vacuum for our system. Within a short time, the work was done and the matter we called about was solved. We also discussed new Accessories that were available (ours dated back to 1994). He had options in his truck and we were delighted with what they could do and make our vacuum cleaning duties much better. We purchased a new set of accessories and the old ones were then destined to be devoted to my workroom/garage. In sum, Patrick was excellent in all respects. The manner in which he handled our service needs exceeded our every expectation. Thanks to Home Advisor for making our choice much easier and so beneficial.
