Description of Work: I had two different jobs done. It was for pool plastering and patio deck repair.

Description of Work: I have used Chrystal Pools for putting in a new pool.

Description of Work: Chrystal Pools seems to be a real sleeper,you don't see them running ads, or flyer s, I had been referred to them by three different people, at work, between me and my husband, so we had called many company s, a few never even showed up, the others that did, wouldnt give us numbers, about the cost of our project. It may sound like Iam trying to drum up business, for these guys, well Iam This small company checks out with the BBB A plus rated, they even let me talk with their banker, they have a two million dollar insurance Policy, and they even have a theft surety bond. They are well organised, They get in and out fast, and, a big thing to my Husband and I , was the fact that the job site was clean everyday. They re plastered our Pool, they Puul the old decking out and installed new decking, replaced our old brick coping, and upgraded it to Flagstone, Before they did anything, they would check with us on the colors, the look of what they installed, Mr Leon Hand went to our house every day, directing all the workers every morning. by the end of each day he sent us a report, as to what had happened, and what would happen, tomorrow, These men at Chrystal Pools, are very good at what they do, they had sent me and my husband to master Tile to pick out new tile, they replace it as well.We found a nice tile we thought, we walked to the deck, and Mr Hand told us to just order it, we did, and a few days later it arrived. I get off work at 5pm when I got home, half the tile had been installed, and they were still working, I just hated it!!!! We picked it out, and I understand it was not the fault Of Chrystal Pools, But I called my husband at work, He Called Leon Hand @ the office Mr hand drove over and told the guys, hey guys, remove all the tile, don't worrie I will pay the over time. He told us not to worrie, it happens sometime, Mr hand is so about service to a customer, that I felt impelled to say something about him and his company.Hes more than a man of his word. He did not ask us for more money, he said, that he very well understands, that even if we pick something out, when you put it on sometimes i does not look right, he told me he had always done business like that,they don't have a lot of fancy Cars, or any for that manner, he said, I want you to follow me up front, He said he wanted to show us something, He opened the door on his truck, and turned the key on. he said I bought this truck new, read the odometer it had 156,000 mile on it. he said he drive a 360 100 mile radius , of Austin everyday, the reason is most all my customers, are F but we do a big ref feral business, and this is why.
