Chrystal Pools

The deck that was done has puddled up and has cracks. Its an out door patio deck and he did the re plastering for my pool. Initially the pool was plastered and then he came back and re did it. The second job looked worse than the first time. He even admitted it and said that it looked bad. Leon and Tony came over and met with my wife and I informed us to give them some time. I have not been able to contact them and I had given up. During that meeting they reassured me that they would come back and do it right. They never did come back and I haven't heard from them.

I have hired an attorney because the job has ben abandoned, the building permit expired, and my pool is not done. My attorney cannot deliver a letter to the address that has been posted. I'm so disappointed in them.

Friend, real friend, just as you will be, and he said, that he really cares, He also said that they understand that they can t get to all the jobs, and that they might not live in big fancy houses, or drive big fancy cars, but they have a great customer base, and that's all that matters, to him, he said that if he drove all that fancy stuff, and had the fancy offices, and home, he more than likely couldn't replaced that tile today. And he likes to know that if someone makes a bad choice, he can afford to change it, and he did, and we tryed to pay him for the new tile, and on top of that when they installed the new deck he added about eight feet on to it , to make it flow better, I would highly recommend this company. if you use them , you will be impressed. And he never asked for a check to start the job, and he billed us two weeks after , he finished. in fact I called him about it, he Laughed, and said, well , Iam sorry, I do all the billing to. and their are only so many days in the week. you can call their office, 512-551-4935
