We've used them a number of times and are very happy with them. They've always been A level on all of the categories. We use them any time we need our cars worked on.

The service was excellent. There was a lot of labor to get in there. They also do it when they say they will. They are honest.

They're very professional, and they gave me several different options as to how we could address the issue.

They were pretty easy to deal with and prompt and it didn't cost too much. They did what they said they were going to do.

They have been great. My husband took the car in and I think he left his lights on a couple times, he thought he had a bad battery, they looked at his car and he did not have a bad battery, so it didn't cost him anything. One of friends told us about him. They are very honest.

My car failed its inspection and Kwik Lube wanted to charge my $100.00 for diagnostics. I did not feel comfortable leaving it at the place that I had the oil changed and inspection done so I took it to Christian Brothers. They told me they wanted to look at it before they did any diagnostics and would get back with me. Turns out it was just a new gas cap that was needed. No diagnostics needed and they didn't charge me a penny! Thank you Christian Brothers Automotive for your honest work!

I had an appointment and they were right on time. The waiting area was very clean. The people were great. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again.

Service was done as efficiently as usual. The manager called just a few hours after work began to tell me the price would increase because one axle had to be replaced. Once I approved the work the car was ready the next morning. I have had both cars repaired at Christian Brothers for several years now, and have always been satisfied with their work. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the entire facility and the courtesy, integrity and dedication of their staff.

Replacement of the sensor went smoothly, and the estimate was on target.
I took advantage of their courtesy shuttle to do some shopping while the repair was made, great perk!
The Christian rock station playing in the waiting room may not be to the taste of all but didn't bother me.

Christian Brothers have always been very professional. I had a motor in my car go out after several years. I left my car with them for service. They called me a short time later to tell me they checked with the dealer and the motor was still under warranty. They didn't charge me anything. This is just one of several instances where I expected a big repair bill, only to be told it was something minor and the charge was usually less than $100.
I have used other Christian Brother locations and I have always had the same type of service.

We've been very pleased! Their estimates are always accurate and we've never had any problems with the work they've done.

I called Christian Brothers in Cedar Park for an estimate on maintenance work on my vehicle. I was told they really needed to look at the vehicle and run diagnostics on it before giving an estimate. While I understand this is the way to accurately determine the extent of work to be done, I already knew what I wanted done and was just trying to compare with the dealer price. While I didn't push the point, I did not proceed any further with Christian Brothers.

My husband and I both like dealing with the people there and we do trust them very much. Sometimes we think they're a little bit more expensive but we're very loyal to them because it is a place where we want to take our vehicle.

I have used Christian Bros at this location for a few years now. I have spent well over $3000 in the last 3 years on repairs for one of our older family cars. While I understand that systems are more complex now than in the past, I find that this repair shop uses "trial and error" mechanics to try to repair problems. The same vehicle has been serviced routinely for electrical diagnosis because alarm kept sounding. Soon after, the battery was replaced, the alternator replaced TWICE, and most recently the starter. Despite the "trial and error" issues, at least the staff, Phil and Dan, have been very professional. However, my most recent trip changed that opinion. When cashing out for another $500, I presented a AAA card while the card authorization was being processed. I have used the AAA card EACH AND EVERY time at the shop, but still need to present it when paying which is a bit much. In any event, Nate decided it was too late and too much trouble to provide the $50 credit so he told me it couldn't be done. Being in finance, I knew this was a BOLD FACE LIE. When I challanged him, he continued to hold the position that I, the customer, should have prsented the card before and there was nothing he could do. In any event, it was too inconvenient for Nate to void and re-enter the amount, or issue a credit on another transaction. Nate's position that it was my fault and he shouldn't be inconvenienced violates every rule of customer service. In any event, I told Christian Bros I would never use their service again.

We set an appointment. They were on time and very courteous. Got the job done in a timely manner and we were on our way.
The location is great. The facility is Great. The people were exceptional.

They have got a new place not very far from us. My husband took the car in and then picked it up the next day. They fixed it and did a really good job. He was very happy with them. He took another car to them and he was happy with the work they did. He seemed happy with the price and he has gone back. They do a good job and they got it done on time. He is thrilled that it is so close. I think it is a mile or so away. They seem to get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. My husband didn’t complain about the price and so I am sure it was reasonable. We would use their services in the future too.

It was easy to get an appointment that fit my schedule. I needed to get the oil change and be out for another appointment mid morning The service was provided and finished within 35 minutes. I couldn't ask for anything more! I was pleased with the services provided and will use them again.

Things went very well; they did a great job! I have been using them for several years.
