Please read this. We purchased a building to expand our business. It needed many upgrades and repairs. Central texas services was recommended to us my an acquaintance. It is a very long story but the core of it is that CTS is not an honest group of people. You are charged full price for the job but the workers that are supplied to your job site are not skilled workers. The quality of the work is awful. Things are broken, crooked, not installed correctly. Walls were damaged, new carpet was ruined. The best part was finding out that most all of the things (paint, tile, grout, light fixtures, cabinets) that were ordered for the job were ordered in excess. Come to find out that the "extra" stuff was no where to be found. We ordered 60 light fixtures but only installed 53. No extra fixtures on site and no refund for the extra fixtures. We also ordered and were billed for 23 cabinets to redo the kitchen area but only got 20. You get the idea. The end came when the general contractor on the job (the owner) was asked to justify 9 hours that we were billed for when no one was on site. We were accused of questioning his honesty and told we could not "see or count". Please run the other way if you get anywhere near these people.
