It was a great experience. My husband and I actually had 2 wedding bands... 1 that needed to be sized down and 1 that had been cut off so needed to be repaired completely. The gentleman that helped us knew immediately what would be needed for each one and gave us very reasonable pricing for each option. For now we had 1 sized down. It only took a few minutes while we waited! Afterwards they not only polished it like new but also polished mine to look like new at no cost!! Our rings are not fancy or expensive but are sentimental to us:) They were so nice and it was a great, comfortable experience:) I would definitely recommend to anyone! We will definitely be going back! They also had very nice jewelry but the atmosphere wasn't stuffy like many fine jewelry store are!!

My husband and I went in several months before our 25th wedding anniversary looking for anniversary rings. I knew I wanted White gold/plantimum but that was about all. George, Cookie and his family were GREAT! We gave them a price range, we talked a little bit and the very first ring for me and first ring for my husband were perfect! I feel in love instantly! They have a layaway plan, worked with us on payments. Every time we came in, they all knew us by name. So friendly and inviting. We will go back for other fine jewelry needs.

Went in and sold all miscellaneous gold to them to offset the cost of the redesign . Jessie was very friendly and explained the process to me . We have be working together since and consolidating 3 different rings into one wedding ring

I have been to Cedar Park Jewelers before but this time I had a men's Rolex watch that needed to be cleaned and repaired. I thought their estimate was a good one and I agreed to have the work done. They are the best Jeweler's to buy, sell, or have your jewelry repaired. They are professional, responsive, and friendly!

Two of the prongs on the diamond setting had broken, and I took the ring in to have it looked at. I was waited on promptly, and a jeweler looked at the ring and made a recommendation on what needed to be done. I was given an estimate and repair time. The jeweler kept me informed during the repair, letting me know of a change that needed to be made. The repair was finished earlier than expected, the estimate was accurate, and the work was finely done.

Early in 2011, I needed some advice on the sale of some estate and other jewelry. I went to this locally-owned jeweler, and the owner spent several hours reviewing the items. I did not need nor want full appraisals, just an idea of what the items were worth. The owner, George Poe, didn't charge us anything for his time, was clear and precise in his explanations, and very detailed in what he offered us for the jewelry. We didn't sell in early 2011, we waited until August 2011. The store is now busier than ever because of the price of gold these days. Yet their personalized service, honest valuations, and integrity remains intact. They could have taken advantage of the market yet they offered very high, fair prices for the jewelry we sold. These folks don't take advantage of people who don't know the jewelery business, and are very helpful in cleaning, repairing, and advising about jewelry. I would trust them with any valuation, repair, or creation of jewelry without reservation.

I stopped by Cedar Park Jewelry, based on Angie's List scores, to get an estimate of time and cost for the repair. They fixed it while I waited (less than 10 minutes), and didn't charge me anything for the work! Everyone was very nice, quickly offered to help us, but didn't hover, did a nice job on the repair, and the store had a nice selection of jewelry. I'll definitely go back!

I had an excellent experience at this family run and operated business. Though there were at least a half dozen people in this shop, I was waited on quickly and my four watches were taken care of in about 15 minutes. I had a delightful time looking at the beautiful selection of jewelry, watches, and estate jewelry and felt confidant enough to leave my Tudor/Rolex with them for repair once I received what I believe to be a very reasonable estimate (based on previous experience with other jewelers).

Very professional. Good advice. Calls when ready. Very nice.
