They were very professional and provided exceptional customer service.  I have only used them one time so far but it was easy to get ahold of them and to schedule the work.

Our overall experience is good and we will use them again in the future.

Bidding went well and construction started as planned. The owner sold me on his personal commitment to the job, leading me to believe that he would be doing much of the work, but in reality he rarely visited the job site during construction. After the job was complete, we had problems with the gutter overflowing during heavy rain. The owner (Tom McGrath) was consistent at NOT returning phone calls. So we went straight to his subcontractor who installed the gutter. The gutter guy came right out and fixed the problem for us as well as he could. He pointed out some problems with the original roof installation which continue to cause gutter drainage problems. We went back to McGrath who finally came by and looked at the problem. He said he would come out "next week" to fix it. He never came back and he does not return phone calls. On the two occasions when he actually answered the phone, he made excuses about why he hadn't been out and he gave us another date. He still has never been out, and after 2+ months of trying, we have given up. He talks a very good story, but we haven't seen the professionalism to back it up.

Tom McGrath is a wonderful guy. The whole staff is very competent. They did an excellent job cleaning up. I am impressed at how fast they did the job.

The owner, Tom McGrath, is great. He does wonderful work. I am always happy with the results of his work. He does many jobs that a handyman would do. He has previously done roofing and stained my deck for me. He can be hard to get a hold of because he is so busy. He will call you back if you leave a message. I would recommend the company to others. He is very reliable and professional.
