Buttercup Creek Animal Hospital

The staff at Buttercup are great. They are very gentle with my elderly dog. We have been a satisfied customer for 5years. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Over all they are great.
You cannot please every one but they sure try.

The worst part of this visit was when I went to pick up the dog to bring her home. She was still ill and had no life in her .. it was obvious she was still very ill. I spoke with the Vet asking if it was the right thing to bring to dog home this sick and was she going to make it.She said up until seeing her lifeless in the room she thought she had a chance. Now she said she did not think that she will make it and we talked about putting the dog to sleep. She took her off and put a cathether in her leg and I was prepared with a fluffy pink blanket to hold her while she was put down. As we were waiting for the shot another vet comes in and said if I would surrender her they would do all they can to save her but I could not have her back... In shock of what was happening I agreed trying to save the dog. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Vet and will never return, The circumstances and desperation of cost against keeping my dog should not be a factor. They left me little alternative but to surrender my dog to save her and how it was handled was unbelievable. Exactly how much money do you have to agree to spend on your dog in these extremely hard times to make you a good pet owner.Never was I offered a service without saying we will find a way to work it out. I should have taken my dog directly to another vet.

They are very professional. I think vets are expensive.

Everything was perfect. They are great.

They are friendly and they are competent. They are close by. They are fine and capable. They explain things very well.

We are very pleased with them. We take our pets in all the time. We've been going here for 8 or 9 years. They have taken care of our animals well and they know their stuff. They have 3 vets and we take whoever is available. We haven't had a complaint about any of them. We will be going back for shots in July.

I have been going to them since I first got my dog 3 years ago, they have always been very competent and compassionate with my dog and Me. When she had a drug reaction they took me right back in and after checking her out to be sure she was ok they called me for the next few days just to be sure all was good. I also have used they're grooming service, they are wonderful. I did try some others and did not have good results with them. They have never skinned her like happened at other groomers. I cannot tell you how terrible I felt to have her hurt by a groomer. I only go to Buttercup Creek they treat her like the Princess she is.

I first met Dr. Mary Paige Corcoran at the animal hospital one Sunday afternoon after my cat had gotten beat up pretty badly. She was very sympathetic and caring and I knew then where I was taking my vet business. She has always provided exceptional care to my pets taking the time to explain what is necessary for their health. I wish all vets cared as much as she does.

I think they are very patient and caring with the pets. They also care about their health. When I go there, the staff members are very kind and courteous and that always makes the visit that much better.
