Their pricing is fair. Did really good work. Worked with me on parts and pricing.

He is very friendly and he usually deals with us. His prices are reasonable. Once or twice, he has fixed some things practically free of charge because it wasn't very big. He is quick and he doesn't take forever. He is honest and he goes out of his way to find parts. We like him a lot.

Buddy's technicians went over the car and gave her a detailed list of problems with the car, several of which were very significant. Everyone at Buddy's treated her with courtesy and respect.

My employee passed on the car and wound up with a much better car for less money.

I am very happy with him. He tells it pretty straight, and I can depend on him to give me good information. I think he is pretty honest with me. I would rate him highly and would continue to use him in the future.

He also took the time to help me photograph and document the damage the other shop caused, which helped me greatly in obtaining a refund from the incompetent shop. Buddy is THE place to go in Austin for auto repair. He has the latest technology backed by decades of experience. Highly recommended.

I was probably in the shop for about an hour. After checking the car the mechanic reported that it was in good shape. Nothing wrong. Brakes were at 50%. He even checked to see if there had been any recalls on my car. None. I told him that I had asked about the water pump in particular because a Saturn dealer had told me he could not renew my state inspection sticker because the water pump was leaking and needed replacing for $582. Fortunately, I refused. The dealer did pass my car and I got my sticker. The mechanic told me a leaking water pump (which I did not have) was not a reason to deny the sticker anyway. When I picked up my purse to pay for the work, I was told there would be no charge. They would rather have my business. That they certainly have.

I am very pleased with all of the people who work at Buddy's. One of the guys working there told me what was wrong with the vehicle. He told me that it needed a new transmission. The blue book value was lower than the cost to fix the vehicle. He told me that he could work on it but it is not worth fixing. He stated he would not feel right about it. He looked over my entire vehicle and it did not cost me anything. In the future if I ever need to take my vehicle somewhere to be fixed it will be Buddy's Under the Hood.

I was very satisfied with the speed and efficiency that the problems were identified and repaired. The price for the work was very reasonable. I will return with my other Toyota cars and trucks when maintenance is needed on them. I recommend them.

He was very thorough and competent. He didn't try to sell me off on a bunch of repairs that weren't actually needed. He is very pleasant to deal with. He does an excellent job about finishing things when he says he will and is very quick about it. He is honest and will tell me if he can't get to my car that day.

I've really never had any problems taking my vehicle there. The mechanics have always been very honest and reliable for the past five years that I have been using them. The job gets done the first time and that is the reason that I will continue to go there.
