They were very professional & friendly.  They were careful with handling our stuffs and make sure that we dust & clean our furnitures before they carrying it in the house.  
We ordered some IKEA closet but it was in the wrong size so BCSM says that they could give us the cost for them  to take the closet back to IKEA for us and we could meet them there; thereby, no need for us to get a rental van/truck to bring it back.  We decided to use them since it is more convenient.
We should have used them before on our first load of furniture as the laborers that we used prior to BCSM were careless with our wood floor & furniture.  Our new wood floor in our new house ended up with lot of scratches.  Never again we would use cheap laborers.  
We were glad & a relief that we found the BCSM to move the rest of our furniture & we would highly recommend them.  They are a bit on the expensive side but they are worth it in the end if you don't want your furniture damage or your house ruin.

It was wonderful, a lot of fun, courteous and prompt. Everything they said they'd do, they did!

This service provided everything, as promised. They showed up on time, finished the job in the time that was estimated. They managed to squeeze a lot of furniture, etc into a small storage unit. Nothing was broken. The team works very quickly and efficiently. Seth returns messages and calls promptly. The job was customized to meet our needs. A pleasure to deal with!

Seth and his crew have helped us out three times. The first time they helped me haul some heavy furniture to my storage unit when we were putting our house on the market. While at the storage unit, they then also helped me repack half of it so I could get more in. The second time, I hired them again for their storage unit repacking skills for a second storage unit, where they saved me half the space! The third time they helped us move the big stuff when we finally sold our house and moved.
The things that are nice about Seth and his crew are:

They're reasonable in price and they work not only hard, but efficiently.
They're pleasant, courteous, respectful, professional and at the same time, they are easy going. The guys get along and work very well together.
They saved me from having to rent another storage unit thanks to their masterful storage unit packing skills.
Items I thought might be an issue for them weren't. I kept waiting for a and quot;butand quot; or hesitation for one thing or scenario or another and there wasn't one. Not even for the terraced rock wall in front of my old house, which other people had complained about or said there would be an up-charge for.
They didn't care if I worked right along side them.
Whether you can afford them for an entire move or not doesn't matter, the level of professionalism and service is as high. They totally get budget concerns and will work within your budget.
Note: They work hourly, so set the hours and they will work within that. Time includes their travel time to you.
Seth is a straight shooter and didn't mind questions, even repeated ones. Didn't matter how tired or stressed we were, these guys got it, didn't bat an eye and basically did all they could to make everything easier. For which I thank them greatly. :)
All in all, each experience was very positive. I heartily recommend this company for your moving or storage unit repacking needs.
